Warning: Be sure to use the correct driver for your

processor.

Be sure you load the correct driver on your system. It

is possible to load the wrong driver onto a system,

however when you boot such systems, they will not

work.

For Red Hat, AMCC offers the following drivers:

 x86 32-bit for Intel x86

 x86 32-bit for AMD Athlon

 amd 64-bit, used for both AMD Opteron and

Intel 64-bit Xeon (EM64T)

For SuSE, AMCC offers the following drivers:

 x86 32-bit, for Intel x86 and AMD Athlon

 amd 64-bit, for AMD Opteron and Intel 64-bit Xeon

(EM64T)
